This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on Indigenous for Android website and our apps for any devices running Android.

Information we collect

All data in the Android app is stored on the Micropub and Microsub servers of your choosing. None of your information is passed to any other servers. When creating an account on this website, we only store your domain name so you can login later and also register a device to start receiving push notifications. The device tokens we store come from Pushy.me which we use when we send a notification via their API when you call us.

We do not store push notifications you send to this service. If you call the API to send a push notification, we directly send it to Pushy.me.

Technical basics

We use cookies on the site and similar tokens in the app to keep you logged in. Our server software also stores basic technical information when you visit this site, such as your IP address. We do not use any other statistics software (e.g. Google Analytics) for more information.

Security

We implement a variety of security measures to help keep your information secure. For instance, all communication from the app, or this website sends data over HTTPS

Third-party links and content

The content in your timeline is based on the feeds that you follow. As such the links and media presented within your timeline have their own independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities.
